  • 2.5 mm crochet hook

  • Keychain ring

Step-by-Step Pattern

Head (Pink Yarn)

Round 1: 6 SC in a magic ring (6 STS)
Round 2: 6 INC (12 STS)
Round 3: (SC, INC) x 6 (18 STS)
Round 4: (SC, SC, INC) x 6 (24 STS)
Round 5: (SC, SC, SC, INC) x 6 (30 STS)
Round 6: (SC, SC, SC, SC, INC) x 6 (36 STS)

Rounds 7–12: SC in each stitch (36 STS) – 6 rows

Insert safety eyes between Rounds 8 and 9, about 4 stitches apart. Begin stuffing.
Round 13: (SC, SC, SC, SC, DEC) x 6 (30 STS)
Round 14: (SC, SC, SC, DEC) x 6 (24 STS) – add more stuffing as needed
Round 15: (SC, SC, DEC) x 6 (18 STS)
Round 16: (SC, DEC) x 6 (12 STS)
Round 17: 6 DEC (6 STS)

  • Leave a long tail, weave it through the front loops of the last 6 stitches, pull tight, and tuck inside.

Ears (Pink Yarn) – Make 2

Round 1: 6 SC in a magic ring (6 STS)
Round 2: 6 INC (12 STS)
Rounds 3–7: SC in each stitch (12 STS) – 5 rows
Round 8: 8 SC, 2 DEC (10 STS)

  • Leave a long tail for sewing.

White Part of Ears – Make 2

  • Chain 7
  • Starting from the 2nd chain from the hook, work 5 SC, then 4 SC on the last chain. Turn and work 5 SC on the other side.
  • Cut yarn leaving a long tail. Sew onto the pink ears.

Final Assembly

  • Sew the Ears: Attach the ears to the head. Fold or slightly curve the tip of the left ear to give Cooky his signature look.

  • Embroider the Face: Use black embroidery thread to stitch the mouth, nose, and eyebrows, capturing Cooky's mischievous and confident expression.

  • Attach the Keychain Ring: Securely sew or clip the keychain ring at the top of the head.
